Labrador Tea Labrador: A 0.5-2 m tall, evergreen shrub. The 2-6 cm long leaves are linear to elliptical, leathery, somewhat wrinkled, deep green, usually hairless above and densely rusty, woolly below. The leaf margins are distinctly rolled back. The 1 cm broad, white flowers are 5 (sometimes 4 or 6) petalled and form a ball like cluster at the end of the stem. The 4-5 mm long seed capsule splits upon drying. The plants flower from May to July and are native to British Columbia.
